One excursion was to Salto el Limón and the other excursion was whale watching & Cayo Levantado. He made all excursions great. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything beforehand and was great guiding us throughout. He also took the time to make a birthday celebration extra special. From the start, his communication was excellent; he was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and patiently answered all our questions before the trip. On the day of the tour, Henry was punctual for our pickup in Las Terrenas. We felt very safe with his conscious driving to Samaná, and his friendly conversation made the trip very enjoyable. The entire vibe of the day was wonderfully peaceful and well-organized. The highlight of our trip was Henry’s flexibility. While it wasn't a formal part of the tour, we happened to spot whales and dolphins along the way. Henry immediately stopped the boat so we could take our time and enjoy the beauty of these animals. It was a magical, unhurried moment that we will never forget. Throughout the park, Henry shared fascinating information regarding the history and geological formation of Los Haitises. He was incredibly mindful, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times.
