By accessing or using Exploras, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
What Exploras Is
Exploras is a free listing directory connecting travelers with local experience providers in the Samaná Peninsula. We do not process payments, take a commission, or act as an agent of either party. All bookings, payments, and arrangements are made directly between travelers and providers.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
Contacting Providers
- Travelers contact providers directly via WhatsApp using the link on each experience page.
- All terms — price, dates, cancellation policy, refunds — are set by the provider and agreed directly with the traveler.
- Exploras is not a party to any agreement between traveler and provider.
Supplier Obligations
Suppliers agree to:
- Provide accurate experience descriptions and pricing.
- Maintain required licenses and insurance for the activities they offer.
- Respond to traveler inquiries in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
Exploras is a listing directory connecting travelers with local providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of experiences offered by suppliers, nor for any payments or agreements made between users. Users participate in experiences at their own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo.
