Description
Visit Cascada El Limón, one of Samaná's tallest waterfalls at around 50 meters, with Joel & Ludi Excursions, a family-run outfitter based in Las Galeras since 2008. Reach the falls on foot or on horseback through the countryside, whichever way you'd rather make the trip. Along the way there's a stop in Samaná town, and once you arrive, a swim at the base of the cascade is the reward for the walk. Meals, transport, drinks and the park entrance fee are all included in the price. Comfortable closed-toe shoes and a swimsuit are worth packing, plus some cash for anything extra.
