C Mitch7 months agoGreat service! Our driver Luis was such a nice guy, we even invited him for lunch because he just gave us such a good feeling. We were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids, and had a wonderful day with prompt service and were able to make it back to the ship with time to spare (and have a gorgeous day that gave us the opportunity to avoid the mass of idiots on our cruise ship)See this review on Google

Patrick Mitchell8 years agoOPTIMA provided us with excellent transportation when needed and also guides great excursion tours. We had a driver waiting for us at the Ferry in Samana where the driver then brought us to our apartment to drop off our luggage and change before heading out to a horseback riding excursion at the Limon Waterfall. I was fearful that this would be too much but they handled all those moving pieces effortlessly. Emilio showed great customer service.See this review on Google
