Quad Ride to Playa Rincon with a Private Photo Shoot — Private for Two

Playa Rincón is the beach most people in Samaná will name first if you ask them: three kilometres of pale sand at the foot of a green mountain, with a river running out across it at one end. The way in from Las Galeras climbs over the ridge and drops down through the countryside, and that road is half the reason to go by quad rather than in a car. This is a private tour for two, and a photographer rides with you. The stops along the way are chosen for the light and the view, and when you reach the beach there is a full photo shoot on the sand. You come back with the morning as a set of professional images, not phone snapshots — which is the part most couples are actually after. Isla Verano Photography has been shooting in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Costa Rica for more than fifteen years, and this is the one tour they run themselves. The group is never more than the two of you and the guide, and the morning runs from half past eight until half past twelve.

Isla Verano Photography is a photography studio based in Las Galeras, Samaná, with more than fifteen years of work in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Costa Rica. They shoot couples, families and individuals across the whole Samaná peninsula, as well as weddings and events, and they film video and drone footage. They also run one private tour of their own: a quad ride from Las Galeras to Playa Rincón with professional photography along the way and a shoot on the beach.
