We booked three excursions and were completely satisfied. On the first excursion, we were a small group of five, and on the other two, it was just the three of us. Simply wonderful! No time pressure, no mass tourism – for us, one of the best experiences we've ever had. We are so grateful and would book an excursion with them again in a heartbeat. Description
$55 per person includes the boat, a local guide, lunch cooked on the beach, and water and soft drinks. A full day by boat out of Las Galeras to three beaches on the wild side of the peninsula — the stretch of coast with no road, which can only be reached from the water. The boat stops at each one, with enough time to swim and lie on the sand before moving on to the next. Lunch is cooked and served on the beach rather than on board, and drinks come from the cooler on the boat: water and soft drinks, no alcohol. A local guide stays with the group the whole day. The trip runs about seven hours. Departures need a minimum of four people and take a maximum of ten, so it stays a small group rather than a packed boat. This tour is conducted in Spanish.
