AMA Healing Touch is Ana Fernandez and Marcial Batista, a husband and wife team in Las Galeras. Marcial is the massage therapist; Ana is a yoga teacher and meditation guide who leads the breathing and the sound work. Every massage ends with 10 minutes of guided relaxation, aromatherapy and sound healing, which is what sets a session here apart from a plain massage. Eight massages on the menu, from relaxing and deep tissue to lymphatic drainage, reflexology and a couples massage with both of them working at once. Ana also teaches yoga - private classes, group classes and prenatal, at any level - and runs guided meditation with sound healing, and cacao ceremonies for small groups. They have a space at Hotel Villa Vida in Las Galeras and they also come to your villa or hotel. English and Spanish.
