Ondiyoga Yoga and Massage

My sister and I enjoyed a lovely 60-minute in-home vinyasa flow with Ondina. As two Americans that did not speak Spanish, we really appreciated her great communications in English. She was patient, enthusiastic, prompt through all our interactions. The class was a perfect mix of relaxation and challenge, and she made gentle adjustments so we got the most out of the flow. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great start their day.

Ondina is was incredible. We had her come to the house for a private yoga session and she led the perfect session for our energy and vibe. She was so calming. She even brought these incredible singing bowls. She also helped us coordinate truly amazing massages at our house. She was so flexible and easy to work with. A++++

I had a wonderful experience taking a restorative flow class with Ondina while on vacation for a friend’s wedding on the beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas—it was the perfect zen we needed for the weekend. She created a welcoming, calming environment and guided the session with kindness and clarity. I especially appreciated her attention to our movements and the thoughtful modifications she offered throughout. I left feeling refreshed and grounded—highly recommend if you get the chance!
