Forsage rents cars, SUVs and Jeeps in Las Terrenas from its base in the Playa Bonita / El Mosquito area, and works mainly with visitors to the Samaná peninsula. Six models, priced per vehicle per day: Kia Morning from US$50, Renault Duster 2.0 automatic from US$60, Jeep Cherokee Latitude 3.2 Limited from US$70, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited from US$80, Ford Explorer 2023 Limited with seven seats from US$100, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT V8 (6.4L HEMI, 475 hp) at US$150. Every rate drops the longer you keep the car — a Kia Morning is US$30 a day from 25 days, a Duster US$30 from 25 days, an Explorer US$70 from 21 days. A refundable security deposit applies: US$300 for the Kia Morning and the Duster, US$500 for the Cherokees and the Explorer, US$1,500 for the SRT. Every rental includes medical insurance for the driver of up to €30,000, which Forsage provides for each visitor who rents with them.
