She welcomed me with a soothing foot wash and delicious lime water then I got the exfoliation along with the massage and it was a beautiful all encompassing experience. Nadin is an independent massage therapist based in Las Terrenas, near Punta Popy, with more than ten years of hands-on experience. Her sessions blend Thai massage, deep tissue, sports techniques and relaxation, and each one is adapted to what your body needs that day — from a gentle 30-minute unwind to a 90-minute deep tissue session. Alongside the massages she offers face, hand and foot glow rituals, and an Ultimate Spa Package of two and a half hours that combines a full body massage and scrub with a deep facial cleansing. She works one to one, by appointment, in a quiet treatment room, and she can also come to you: mobile service is available depending on your location. By appointment only: send your preferred date and time on WhatsApp. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are charged 50% of the session. Weekend and public holiday bookings cost 20% more. Payment in cash (DOP, USD or EUR) or PayPal; cards are not accepted. Nadin works in English.
Nadin works out of Punta Popy in Las Terrenas and has been giving massages for more than ten years. Her sessions mix Thai massage, deep tissue, sports therapy and relaxation, and each one is put together around what your body needs that day rather than following a fixed routine. Relaxation massage runs 30 or 60 minutes; deep tissue and sports work go from 45 up to 90 minutes. Alongside the massages there are spa rituals — face glow, hands, exfoliating body glow, and a foot and lower leg treatment — plus a two-and-a-half-hour package that combines massage, full body exfoliation and a deep facial. She also travels to villas and hotels. Sessions are booked on WhatsApp, in English.
