Description
Explore pristine underwater environments off the coast of Las Galeras, diving at some of the Samaná Peninsula's most exceptional preserved sites, including dramatic walls and pinnacles within Cabo Cabrón National Park. Las Galeras Divers operates as a PADI-certified center offering both certification courses for beginners and guided dives tailored for already-certified divers. Whether you're pursuing your first certification or seeking to dive renowned local reefs, this operator provides access to the region's top marine destinations with professional instruction and experienced guides. Dive sites include Tibici, Piedra Bonita, Coral Garden and the walls of Cabo Cabrón, where you may spot eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, turtles and even manatees. Single dives last about 40 minutes underwater (time varies with air consumption), with up to 6 divers per boat — a second boat can be arranged for larger groups. Equipment, snacks and boat transport are included. There must be no medical contraindications for the practice of diving. Staff speak French, Spanish and English. Rates: single dive $73, double dive $110, night dive $85, discovery/first dive $93, PADI Scuba Diver course $322, Open Water Diver course $551, Advanced Open Water $424.

Underwater were nice places, with perfect visibility. The dive masters shown us a lot of interesting things.
