Angelina is an amazing teacher! The classes are at a gorgeous spot overlooking the ocean. Very relaxing with the sound of the waves. The aerial classes are fun too!

There are some yoga classes you enjoy, and then there are the ones you genuinely look forward to. Angelina’s Yoga and Aerial Yoga classes fall firmly into the second category. Set in a beautiful location right next to the ocean, her classes immediately invite you to slow down and breathe. The sound of the water creates a naturally calming atmosphere that makes it easy to leave the outside world behind and fully drop into your practice. It’s the kind of setting that feels grounding the moment you arrive. Angelina herself is an exceptional instructor. She brings a wonderful balance of skill, warmth, and positive energy to every class. Her guidance is clear and supportive, whether you’re flowing through a mat-based practice or exploring the lightness and strength of aerial yoga. You can feel that she teaches from a place of genuine passion and care. What truly sets these classes apart is the overall experience — refreshing, uplifting, and deeply nourishing for both body and mind. Every session leaves me feeling more centered, more energized, and grateful to have taken that time for myself. I always look forward to Angelina’s classes, and they’ve become something I deeply value in my routine. If you’re looking for yoga that combines expert instruction, a beautiful natural setting, and an inspiring teacher, this is it.

The aerial yoga class was an experience that balanced professionalism with genuine human warmth. From the very beginning, Angelina created a space of trust and calm making the practice accessible and reassuring, even for those new to aerial yoga. Practicing suspended in the air while surrounded by a breathtaking view added a profound sense of freedom and presence. The combination of skilled guidance, thoughtful breathing and the inspiring location transformed the class into more than just a workout — it became a restorative and memorable experience.

Description

Yoga and aerial yoga classes in Las Galeras, in a calm setting surrounded by the nature of the Samaná peninsula. Sessions combine breathwork, mindful movement and stretching, at a pace set by whoever shows up: they work whether it's your first class or you already have a steady practice. Aerial yoga uses suspended fabric hammocks that support your body, letting you work on flexibility, strength and spinal decompression without loading the joints. Group classes and private sessions are both available, which makes it a good fit if you're travelling as a couple, with family or in a small group and would rather have the practice built around you. Message the teacher on WhatsApp for the weekly schedule, prices and private session availability.

Angelina teaches yoga and aerial yoga in Las Galeras, outdoors and close to the sea, in a quiet corner of the Samana peninsula. Mat classes work on breathing, mobility and stretching at a pace you can follow whatever your level, while the aerial classes use a suspended hammock to take the weight off the spine and open up postures that are hard to reach on the floor. Classes run about an hour, in small private groups, so a first-timer and a regular can be in the same session. She teaches in English and Spanish, and times are agreed on WhatsApp.
