Description
Los Haitises + Cayo Levantado Discover two of Samaná's most spectacular spots in a single day. The experience begins with taxi pickup in Samaná, so you don't have to worry about finding the departure point or making your own way there. From there we'll sail to Los Haitises National Park, a stunning landscape of mangroves, limestone hills and caves, where we'll also learn about the area's Taíno history and culture. Afterwards we'll continue by boat to Cayo Levantado, a beautiful island with turquoise waters and white sand, where you'll have time to enjoy the beach and relax before heading back. A very complete excursion combining nature, boating, history and beach time, with transfers organized so you only have to worry about enjoying yourself.

Viajar a Samaná is a private tours agency on the Las Galeras beachfront, working with certified local guides for Spanish- and English-speaking visitors. Most trips are private: a boat for two to Playa Frontón and Madama, the seven hidden beaches on foot, the El Limón waterfall by private taxi, Playa Rincón and Caño Frío, and a 12-day trip around the Dominican Republic with hotels and transfers included. Los Haitises runs on a shared boat.
