El Limón Waterfall with Hotel Pickup, Country House and Cigar Factory
Description
El Limón is the waterfall most visitors to Samaná come to see, and these six hours build a proper day around it rather than a quick stop. Pickup and drop-off are handled from your hotel, so there is no transport to arrange on your own. After the waterfall, the day continues away from the usual tourist route: a visit to a traditional Dominican house, and a stop at a cigar factory. We saw native drawings in the cave, Juan explained the train that was in Parque Nacional Los Haitises, he explained what the caves were used for and everything in between. Everything was great.
