She also checked in to see if she could be of further assistance when we arrived. She booked a whale watching tour for us as well. Fantastic! She’s very knowledgeable about the area and is always happy to promptly answer your questions about lodging, activities, services, etc. I especially value her honesty regarding what the area offers, as well as what it lacks.
